Awful service

Waited 5 days to see a Dr. Phone line always engaged or not answered. Then only saw a paramedic after discussing my health with the receptionist in front of a busy waiting room. Then had to wait a further 3 days for the prescription to be signed as the paramedic was not qualified to sign it. By that time my illness had deteriorated.
It was quite good but had prolonged waiting

It was OK because we got the service we needed but we were waiting for over 4 hours.
Hard to get medication for who I care for

I needed to get medication for the person who I care for who has mental health problems.
The system is diabolical. I was not able to get medication. Told me to ring 111

I waited 6 months for an appointment

I waited 6 months for a Podiatrist appointment only to be rung 2 hours before the appointment to be told ot was cancelled.
The letter for a re arranged appointment some 7 months from referral stated erroneously that I had cancelled the previous appointment.

Can always get an appointment. When my son was scared about his immunisations the nurse was very understanding and kind to help him.
