Very lacking in communication
Been with this surgery for a number of years and they coped really well with the pandemic but in the last few months have really gone downhill. I saw a GP about neck pain who suggested that if I experienced sudden and severe pain I should try some acupuncture. Left two voicemails as phone wasn’t answered during normal working hours to try to resolve urgent missing medication, never got any response. My partner has had them text to claim GP tried to call as I’ve been sitting next to her and no attempt at contact. Now even online consultations that say they’ll be dealt with same day if submitted during certain hours are left unattended for days on end. I used to get good care but something has gone very wrong here recently.
