Once moderated by Healthwatch staff reviews left via the Feedback Centre will be published on the Feedback Centre area of our website. Reviews can be left anonymously.

If you would prefer to share your feedback without it being published please get in touch. You can send an email to enquiries@healthwatcheastsussex.co.uk or call 0333 101 4007.

 

Our Feedback Centre allows you to leave a review of any health or care service, each time you use it.

This allows Healthwatch as the public watchdog to understand how services are performing, what has been good and where improvement is needed.

Step-by-step guide to leaving a review

To leave a review, please follow the steps below, or use our ‘walkthrough guide’ which shows how to tell us your experiences. Please also see below a video guide to leaving a review.

  1. Find the service you wish to review – using the search box to the right or the listings below.
  2. Once you have found the service – click on ‘Leave your feedback’.
  3. Complete the review – tell us about your experience and leave your rating.
  4. Click ‘Submit feedback’ and your review will be submitted.
  5. Once moderated by Healthwatch staff the review will be published on the Feedback Centre. Please note that this may not happen immediately.

Responding to a review as a service provider

If you deliver a health or care service and wish to leave a provider response to a review, then please follow our step-by-step guide, which also explains how you can receive regular alerts when reviews on your service are left.
