Difficult to get an appointment

It is very difficult to get an appointment. My wife phoned up and got an appointment 2 weeks after phoning. Never see the same doctor twice - no continuity. I received a letter asking me to come in for a blood test, when I arrived, the nurse wasn't aware of this and just took my blood pressure.
Doctors are leaving too frequently

Harbour Medical Practice - "useless". Experienced Doctors not staying at the practice. Doctors are leaving too frequently.
Very disappointing - gone downhill

I have a problem with my ear, and have been referred to ENT in the past.
However, I have visited my surgery twice now in recent weeks and asked to be referred back to ENT, but have been refused twice now by two locum doctors.
It is also virtually impossible trying to actually get an appointment with this surgery, even phoning at 8.30am you are often told there are no appointments for that day, They will not take an advanced appointment.
I still have a problem with my ear, which I am now not at all happy about as it would seem I cannot get anywhere at all. ENT will not see me without a doctors referral.
