I have had no information or letter about this matter. I am over 70 and feel that I should have had a letter. Not sure what to do now and feel very let down as an Oap. I have no phone number to call for an appointment so basically its like I dont have a gp.
I called at 4:50 and am told every few minutes. The line is busy and your call is being placed in a queue and will be answered shortly. I have no idea of how many people In front of me or the estimated waiting time. As this is near closing time you would think they are not as busy now. A better phone system could be in place as this is a huge problem in Peacehaven at the moment.
appointment after several attempts at different days and times (8 am and 2 pm). This has largely impacted my mental health issues and I was forced to rely on private counselling to go through the rough path. According to other patients, you can do an online request, but this is not acceptable as not everyone will have the capacity or the IT needed. Very disappointed service.
