Breastfeeding Team - Brighton & Hove

An integrated team – NHS and Local Authority – working to support breastfeeding in Brighton and Hove. We are a specialist team within Brighton and Hove Children’s and Families Services, working closely with, acting as a resource for, and providing training for, Children’s Centre teams.

Children's Community Nursing Team - Brighton & Hove

Based at the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton. Provides nursing care for children aged 0-19 years. We also support care for children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, in their home or community in Brighton, Hove, parts of East and West Sussex. Work in partnership with Chestnut Tree House and Demelza community nurses.




Children's Community Nursing Team - East Sussex

The Children’s Community Nursing (CCN) Team are a team of specialist children’s nurses, who provide skilled nursing care to babies, children and young people in the familiar environment of their own home or schools, nurseries and respite centres.

School Health and Immunisation Service (Brighton and Hove Children and Families)

School Nursing is provided through the Brighton and Hove Schools and Community Service. This service is delivered by Brighton & Hove City Council Children and Families Delivery Unit via a Section 75 Provider Agreement
