Children's Community Nursing Team - Brighton & Hove

Based at the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton. Provides nursing care for children aged 0-19 years. We also support care for children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, in their home or community in Brighton, Hove, parts of East and West Sussex. Work in partnership with Chestnut Tree House and Demelza community nurses.

School Health and Immunisation Service - East Sussex

We work closely with health visitors, community paediatricians, schools, colleges and other services from your local community in a range of locations, including mainstream schools, special schools and further education colleges. Our aim is to promote and protect health and wellbeing and prevent ill health.

School Nursing is provided through the Brighton and Hove Schools and Community Service. This service is delivered by Brighton & Hove City Council Children and Families Delivery Unit via a Section 75 Provider Agreement
