Care for the Carers
The Carers’ Centre for East Sussex and a network partner of Carers Trust. We exist to support and empower carers in East Sussex by maintaining an interrelated package of projects and services that are values-led and have been developed to meet the expressed needs of East Sussex carers.
Possability People
Possability People are offering a new service. They will be running a ‘one stop shop’ Information & Advice service for disabled people, people with long term conditions and carers in order to improve independent living, self-management and resilience.
