Conquest Hospital

Had to attend an appointment at the Conquest this morning.

Parked easily, found the waiting room easily and didn't really have a wait.

Referred for management of chronic back pain following RTA and especially poor service from previous MSK clinic.
Initial service was ok at Pain Clinic but not especially helpful as GP had covered a lot already.
Referred to a further pain management clinic in Eastbourne but this proved unhelpful due to travelling.
Very poor that nothing seems available locally to assist with chronic pain conditions and the management of these. Physio offered was minimal and not especially helpful as appointments were every four weeks and only offered three before referred on.

A bad experience.

Lack of communication regarding an appointment and no follow-up care provided. Unable to get physio therapy following a broken wrist.

The conquest is amazing - have had heart problems from birth.

I came in for a blood test and a heart monitor. Everyone was very polite and helpful

I had a fall at home and had to go in to hospital, but no Dr's over New Year. I was well looked after and the nurses were lovely - all (most) temporary

The care he received was OK, however, there were periods of time where we he was left for over an hour from the time we asked for more pain relief.
