From the letter with the very useful directions, then the nurses all treated me with respect and were pleasant to deal with, clear instructions were given while being x-rayed, then told me about the letter with the results being sent to me, it was top marks!!

Excellent care both times (The second resulted in an overnight stay in James Ward)

Timely service, kind, diligent and knowledgeable staff

I have an annual review (for the past seven years) and every single appointment we have had to wait for a long time past the appointed time. Often more than two hours past. I am then usually in with the Doctor for one or two minutes.

Assessment for knee surgery with daughter, who has epilepsy and learning difficulties. Team were exceptionally patient and gave great care.

I arrived at 10.00am & was out by 10.40 (surely a record) having had x/rays & medication etc.

Had to attend an appointment at the Conquest this morning.

Parked easily, found the waiting room easily and didn't really have a wait.

Referred for management of chronic back pain following RTA and especially poor service from previous MSK clinic.
Initial service was ok at Pain Clinic but not especially helpful as GP had covered a lot already.
Referred to a further pain management clinic in Eastbourne but this proved unhelpful due to travelling.
Very poor that nothing seems available locally to assist with chronic pain conditions and the management of these. Physio offered was minimal and not especially helpful as appointments were every four weeks and only offered three before referred on.

A bad experience.

Lack of communication regarding an appointment and no follow-up care provided. Unable to get physio therapy following a broken wrist.

The conquest is amazing - have had heart problems from birth.
